This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shipping environment and enjoys owning the details that keep freight moving efficiently and accurately.Hours & PayPay Rate: $20-$21 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PMEmployment Type: Full-time, temp-to-permWhat You'll Be DoingManage daily shipping operations using StarShip Shipping Software integrated with ERP systemsGenerate shipping labels, packing slips, and commercial invoices for domestic and international shipmentsPerform rate shopping across multiple carriers to control costs and improve efficiencyCoordinate LTL and truckload shipments with carriers and freight partnersTrack shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issuesMaintain accurate shipping documentation and regulatory complianceCommunicate shipment status with internal teams and customersCollaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to support order fulfillmentOperate material-handling equipment as needed (reach truck, sit-down forklift; cherry picker a plus)Why This OpportunityThis full-time role offers stability, growth potential, and the chance to transition into a permanent position.
