We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent CAS Manager to join our dynamic team in the Accounting and Finance industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our client accounting services (CAS) and ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent CAS Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all client accounting services, including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, tax services, and financial reporting.
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and ensuring their financial needs are met.
3. Managing a team of accountants and overseeing their work to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service.
4. Implementing and maintaining accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
6. Staying updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance.
7. Resolving client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent CAS Manager role will have the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the accounting and finance industry.
3. Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Exceptional client service skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
7. Proficiency in accounting software and other financial management tools.
