Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Immigrant & Refugee Services Division at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark seeks a  Case Aide to provide case management services to Refugee Program clients. The Case Aide will be responsible for the following primary job duties: Assist program clients with document production and organization, form completion, scheduling, interpretation and other processes to support access to external programs and resourcesLiaise with internal program teams to identify client needs for initial assistanceServe as liaison between clients and external providers, where appropriateFollow up with clients to assess progress and record developments.Compile and regularly update case notes in client databasePerform other related duties as assigned by the Program Manager and Program Director.    Required qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent required.  Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.  Previous experience working in a non-profit or government setting is preferred but not required.
