Job Description
The Case Management Team Leader will work alongside the case management team supporting day to day operations while providing guidance structure and oversight. This role is not a hands off management position; instead the Team Leader will actively participate in department tasks assist team members improve processes and help ensure caseloads move smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate is collaborative dependable and able to support staff while maintaining accountability and quality.
