Job Details Responsibilities: As a Consulting Case Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of cases, ensuring each case is handled efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs and objectives. Performing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and senior management. Participating in business development activities, including networking events and client meetings. Qualifications: To be considered for the Consulting Case Manager position, you must possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data analysis. A strong commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and professional integrity. The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
