Our over 6000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.SummaryThis role will work as a floater in our office training and supporting several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This position trains for an eventual move to a highly sought Case Manager position.Compensation for this role starts at $20 per hour. ResponsibilitiesShadow Case Managers Order medical records from providersPrepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriesInvestigate the nature and facts of casesLearn to negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providersPrepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each casePerforms other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.QualificationHigh school diploma or GED1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant Insurance Adjuster or Support Role preferably in a law firm setting or in a corporate legal departmentHighly organized with the ability to multitask prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail with a great attitudeStrong written and verbal communication skills including good presentation skillsWillingness to learn and work with multiple employees within our organizationExtensive expertise in computer programs databases Microsoft Office Suite and type no less than 35 wpmNot remote eligible.#LI-AP1BenefitsMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people not the powerful.
