Case Manager RN Evening Shift (Full-Time Permanent) Location: Tallahassee FL (32310) Shift: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM EST Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per 4-week schedule Compensation: $31.94$43.92/hr (experience-based) Shift Differentials: $2.50/hr Evening $2.00/hr Weekend (stackable up to $4.50/hr) Sign-On Bonus: $10000 (paid in 5 installments over 2 years) Relocation: Considered on a case-by-case basisPosition OverviewNavitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager RN to support a diverse acute-care patient population through effective care coordination patient advocacy and collaborative discharge planning.
