Job Title: Case Manager RN Location: Houston TX Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $60$65/hrJob Summary:Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Case Manager RN to support and implement inpatient case management functions including Care Facilitation Utilization Management Case Management and Discharge Planning.
