As a Case Manager, you will manage a caseload from intake through resolution or filing of the lawsuit, ensuring that deadlines are met, medical records are obtained, and clients stay informed at each step. You will work directly with attorneys to prepare cases for settlement, mediation, or trial.This role requires legal knowledge, attention to detail, and strong technical skills. It is ideal for someone with plaintiff personal injury experience who can balance empathy for clients with the discipline required to manage pre-litigation files.Compensation:$48,000 - $52,000 yearlyResponsibilities:What You Will DoManage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution or filing suitMaintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case statusRequest, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and liensTrack treatment progress and coordinate with medical providers and insurance adjustersEnter, update, and maintain case data in Neos with accuracy and attention to deadlinesDraft and prepare correspondence, settlement demands, and discovery responses under attorney supervisionMonitor statutes of limitation and litigation deadlines, escalating time-sensitive issues promptlyAssist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness lists, exhibits, and medical summariesQualifications:What We Are Looking ForExperience in plaintiff personal injury law strongly preferred (case management, paralegal, or litigation support)Familiarity with medical terminology, records, billing, and lien resolutionStrong working knowledge of Neos (or similar legal case management systems) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage a high-volume caseload with strict attention to detail and deadlinesExcellent communication skills with a balance of empathy and professionalismOrganized, proactive, and able to anticipate attorney and client needsCalm under pressure, team-oriented, and committed to client serviceAbout CompanyWhy Join UsCompetitive salary with health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefitsHybrid and remote flexibility depending on experienceProfessional development and training opportunitiesWork alongside a passionate trial team recognized for record-setting verdicts and settlementsSupportive culture that values empathy, integrity, and results
