Cash Applications Specialist

Cintas is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to support our Cash Applications department.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Researching and resolving payment issues to ensure timely and accurate posting aligned with company policies and Payment Card Industry guidelines
• Resolving complex payment situations
• Documenting and reporting on variation findings to leadership

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma/GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Ability to work overtime and/or Saturdays when required due to business volume
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Billtrust; SAP experience
• General Ledger Reconciliation experience
• Payment application resolution experience
• Associate degree in finance or accounting
