Responsibilities
The mission of Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient, and controlled manner. The FSSC team consists of corporate financial services such as accounts payable, travel and expense, and cash management. We are currently looking for a driven and meticulous Cash Management Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely cash management activities, including daily treasury payments, bank guarantee insurance, funding arrangement, regulatory reporting, account reconciliation, monthly closing, etc.
- Providing support for internal treasury-related inquiries daily.
- Providing support for internal and external audit requests.
- Assisting in optimizing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and the treasury management system.
- Assisting in industry/regional research, project research, and providing timely and effective responses to the China HQ team.
- Assisting in treasury management activities analysis and ensuring accurate output to the China HQ team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury.
- At least 3 years of experience in direct cash management preferably at a technology or Internet company.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant systems technology and experience using Online Banking of international banks and bank-enterprise direct connection platform.
- High oral, written, reading, and listening proficiency in Mandarin is required due to system use, technical documents, and frequent communication with Chinese stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills.
- Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality.
- Good interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a busy and dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges.
- Experience of local tax payments processing is preferred.
Job Information
Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $159600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
