TITLE: Cash Product Manager

ENTITY: Standard Chartered Bank

LOCATION: New York, NY

DUTIES: Ensure that the products offered to select market segments (Corporates, Financial Institutions) in the Americas are compliant with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory directives, supportive of local market needs and consistent with the Group product vision. Support the Cash Product Head in engaging with sales, operations, client services, implementation, compliance/risk, and technology. Analyzes, packages, and presents program status reports and performance metrics to business executives. Participate in new product development initiatives and is responsible for business requirements, technology inquiries, compliance and risk approvals, management reports, and go to market training. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Standard Chartered Bank policy.

REQTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Working knowledge of the cash management business including fee-based services (high value and low value payments) and interest income services (balances / liquidity management); Working with data metrics and dashboards supportive of product performance measurement and program initiative status tracking; Management updates and communications regarding product performance and business planning; Managing and reporting on program initiatives involving multiple functional departments including, business, technology, operations and risk; Utilizing ISO 20022 migration from MT to MX format for the financial industries.

SALARY: $105,000 - $105,000/year.

HOURS: Full time; Mon - Fri (40 hours per week) EOE.
