DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Assist in Special Events and holiday seasons for VIP international and domestic with requests and liaison arrangements. Assist Marketing Hosts on daily operational needs.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Assisting international or domestic VIPs and entourage needs and requests during their visitAssisting Marketing Team for daily operation needs and arrangements for VIPs at their visitsMaintains integrity of database by following high standards of data entry.Ensures the protection of customers rewards and personal information.Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory departmental and company policies.QUALIFICATIONS: Previous retail sales customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.A proven ability to provide courteous friendly and efficient service to guests.Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.Computer experience and knowledge of Windows based programs required. Must have a wide range of weekly availability including weekends and holidays. Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to obtain a Gaming Sheriffs card. Must be able to read write speak and understand English and Mandarin Chinese. Ability of Cantonese Chinese is a PLUS Must present a well-groomed appearance.
