You’ll lead commissary kitchen operations, manage large-scale production, and ensure consistent quality and excellence across all venues. Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless execution of catering events and daily operations for our restaurant group.What You’ll DoLead, train, and manage commissary kitchen staff to ensure efficient, high-volume productionOversee preparation, storage, and distribution of food items for Elephante, Belles Beach House, and Kassi Venice BeachMaintain rigorous standards of food quality, safety, and sanitationCollaborate on menu development and execute large-scale prep for catering events and restaurant serviceManage inventory, ordering, and purchasing for the commissary kitchenEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standardsCoordinate logistics for deliveries to multiple restaurant locationsMaintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment as neededWork collaboratively with restaurant chefs and operations teams to support seamless service across venuesWhat We’re Looking For2-3 years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in high-volume production or catering environmentsStrong skills in kitchen operations, team leadership, and inventory managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with multiple prioritiesFood Handling Certificate and experience with large-scale prep and production processesProficiency with kitchen technology, POS systems, and production tracking toolsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsFlexible schedule, including potential early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPositive attitude and a collaborative, team-focused work ethicWhy Join Us?At Wish You Were Here Group, we’re more than a hospitality company—we’re a creative community that celebrates culture, cuisine, and unforgettable experiences.
