Job Title: Cath Lab TechnologistLocation: The Woodlands TX Contract Duration: 13 weeks (extendable) Shift: 410 Weekly Gross Pay: $3326Position OverviewA healthcare facility in The Woodlands TX is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in invasive and special radiologic procedures demonstrate strong technical proficiency and adhere strictly to radiation safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform invasive/special radiology procedures while maintaining strict radiation safety procedures.Prepare patients for procedures explain the process administer contrast when appropriate and ensure correct positioning and image quality.Select appropriate imaging techniques and maintain technical excellence throughout exams.Enter review and monitor patient data within departmental systems.Conduct quality assurance on radiology equipment and support accreditation processes (e.g. ACR).Report any accidents equipment malfunctions or concerns to appropriate leadership.Participate in emergency call rotation as required.Ensure safe care for patients staff and visitors by adhering to all safety policies and best practices.Maintain professional growth through mandatory education competencies and department initiatives.Serve as a preceptor/mentor to less experienced staff when needed.Deliver compassionate patient-centered care and contribute to a positive team environment.Perform other assigned duties as needed.RequirementsAbility to safely lift and maneuver patients with assistance when needed.Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab or radiologic experience required.Certifications & LicensureBLS or ACLS certification (required).Current Texas Medical Board license (MRT) or temporary MRT license (required).ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (required).For more details reach at or Call / Text at .About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
