Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWork alongside the Head Teacher to create and implement meaningful learning experiences for children.Maintain a working knowledge of:Head Start Performance StandardsODE Early Learning and Development StandardsHead Start domainsAgency curriculumOrganizational policies and proceduresPositions Available:Full-Year Full-TimePart-year Full-Time (August-May)Locations: Fairborn, Ohio - Xenia, Ohio - Troy, OhioCompensation:$15.29 - $21.87 hourlyResponsibilities:Uphold the agency’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values, and follow all organizational and program policiesPartner with the Head Teacher in daily classroom operations, supporting both children and families.
