The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) operates Federal Correctional Institution Manchester (FCI Manchester) a medium-security federal prison for male offenders with an adjacent minimum-security prison camp. FCI Manchester houses over one thousand inmates and is managed by FBOP under the U.S. Department of Justice. This role assists the Dental Officer in all clinical functions maintains equipment and infection control performs radiology tasks and ensures accurate documentationKey Responsibilities:Assist in restorative oral surgery periodontics prosthetics and exam proceduresPrepare instruments materials medications and treatment roomsProvide chairside assistance and patient educationPerform dental prophylaxis charting screening exams temporary fillings rubber dams impressions packs and linersConduct radiographs (digital and standard) ensure radiation safetyMaintain dental equipment sterilize instruments and manage infection controlDocument care in electronic and paper medical recordsSupport emergency dental casesFabricate and repair prosthetics under supervisionQualifications:Completion of accredited Dental Assistant training including radiologyCPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experiencePreferred: bilingual correctional healthcare experienceMust submit resume certificates and proof of qualificationsHealth & Security Requirements:Free of infectious diseasesMay require TB and communicable disease testingMust pass a federal background check and comply with all institution security protocolsPlease send me your most updated resume to Key Skills Abinitio,ICWA,Corporate Sales,Furniture Sales,Courier,Barista Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
