In this role, you will be a leading thought partner for the global and regional Professional Services leadership teams. You will lead financial forecasting for Anaplan's entire services P&L, influence business decision making down to the billable hour, and drive both target setting and business case analysis for serving new markets and Anaplan products.This is an opportunity to take ownership in a private equity-owned, fast-growing SaaS cloud company. This role reports to our VP of Go-To-Market Finance, who reports to our CFO.Your ImpactDevelop and maintain close partnerships with business stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor in week-to-week business activities and decision-makingOwn the full P&L process and analysis for Go-To-Market functions, including SaaS/PS revenue, resource allocation, and operating expensesAnalyze and report on financial results, including variance analysis, to identify and communicate key business drivers, risks, and opportunitiesAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends to generate actionable insights and recommendationsCollaborate with key partners to identify and implement operational efficiencies.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting and scenario modeling processesPartner with Operations and Accounting to enhance management reporting for more accurate and granular tracking of financial resultsDevelop and implement scalable and repeatable business, operational, and financial processesDevelop detailed, scenario-based financial models to evaluate investment priorities and alternativesManage the Processional Services portion of our long-range planning model, including cross-functional communication of key drivers and updatesYour QualificationsBachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred8+ years of FP&A or business finance experience, including experience at a global company, and experience with Professional Services organizations is preferredStrong Excel analysis skills, including driver-based modelsSkilled at building financial models and reports to help automate and scale, and build dashboards for seamless executive reviewsProven track record of working in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, with private equity or banking experience is preferredAbility to draw conclusions from a variety of data sourcesAbility to work cross-functionally and influence appropriatelyStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approachAbility to learn Anaplan for analysis (it's not hard!)Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusionand Belonging (DEIB) We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
