Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary: ASE Master Certified Independent technicians are welcome to apply!We seek highly skilled and motivated certified Land Rover technicians to join our team at JLR of Columbia in Columbia, South Carolina. Our service department is growing at an exponential rate. We have increase labor hour sales by 700 hours; and are looking to increase our over all hour sales to 1800 hours per month. We have a well seasoned team of service advisors that are pushing to be the best performing store in our market. Our advisors average over 4.0 hours per customer pay repair order. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet our dealership's high-quality standards. This full-time position offers a base salary plus commission, with a pay rate of $40 to $50 per hour with increases based on performance. Why Columbia, South Carolina?
