JOB DESCRIPTION

Clinical Coordinator

Coordinates clinic operations and assists providers by performing vital signs, patient questionnaire intake, data entry and medical records management. Assists with and provides patient care services and customer services as necessary. Maintains all patient care related documentation in hard copy and/or electronic medical records. Must demonstrate skill in clinical duties such as vitals, health history and other clinical duties as directed by clinicians. Possesses time management skills and the ability to manage and perform multiple tasks and assist patients and providers as necessary.

Full time with benefits - 40 hours per week

Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Must be certified via AAMA, AMT or NHA
