Monday Friday | 8 hour shifts π Excellent Benefits Starting Day OneAbout the OpportunityWere seeking a Certified Medical Assistant with strong clinical experience in either OBGYN, Neurology, Urology to work at one location, or experience working across multiple specialties who would would be flexible as a travel Medical Assistant.This is a full-time, weekday-only role with no nights or weekendsperfect for a skilled CMA who enjoys variety, adaptability, and supporting different care teams within a mission-driven healthcare organization.Youll receive excellent benefits beginning on Day One, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across diverse clinical settings.What Youll Do Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and empathy Collect vital signs, complete patient intake, and document accurately in Epic EMR Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments across specialties Administer medications and injections as ordered (if certified) Perform clinical tasks such as EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and specimen collection Support front-office tasks including scheduling, insurance verification, check-in/out Maintain clean, organized, and safe exam rooms and medical equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA, AHMG, and all clinical regulations Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients in both English and Spanish Travel to various clinic locations within the organization as needed Demonstrate the organizations mission and values in all patient interactionsWhat Were Looking Forπ High school diploma or equivalent π₯ Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited MA program π Current MA certification: AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA Current CPR certification π©Ί Minimum 1 year of CMA experience π Experience in OBGYN, Neurology, Urology, or multiple specialties π Bilingual in Spanish & English (required) π» Epic EMR experience (required) π Flexibility and willingness to work in a travel-based multi-site CMA role Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills π₯ Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a high-volume, fast-paced settingBenefits (Starting Day One!)Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife & Disability CoveragePaid Time Off (PTO)Accident, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Plans403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer MatchTuition Reimbursement & Continuing Education SupportConsistent Weekday Schedule No Nights or WeekendsWhy Youll Love Working HereYoull have the unique opportunity to support multiple specialties while being part of a compassionate, high-performing clinical organization.
