If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• At least one year experience as a home health aide and successful completion of competency evaluation
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing
• Can document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Current home health aide/nurse aide certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
