Youll take document care support activity programs and report changes in condition to the RN. Join our team if youre a caring dependable CNA who thrives in a supportive mission-driven environment.Position Type:On-CallWage Range:$19.25 - 24.00 / hour depending on experience.Location:2775 Campus Dr Plymouth MN 55441 West MetroCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.Take and record temperature blood pressure weight pulse and respiration as instructed.
