Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Locations: Leesburg VA Round Hill VA Ashburn VA Type: Contract (34 Weeks) Schedule: Variable Pay Rate: $20$25 per hourPosition Overview: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate hands-on support to students with special needs ensuring they can participate fully in the school day. Under the supervision of classroom teachers and school nursing staff the CNA supports students physical emotional and educational needs in a safe and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist students with personal care including toileting feeding dressing and hygiene.Support students during classroom activities transitions and mobility throughout the school.Follow IEP accommodations and behavior support plans under teacher direction.Monitor and maintain student safety at all times.Provide assistance with lifting positioning and use of mobility equipment.Accompany students during lunch recess and school activities.Document observations incidents and progress per school protocols.Collaborate with teachers therapists and school staff to promote independence and inclusion.Maintain confidentiality in accordance with district and state regulations.Participate in staff meetings and required training.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.Ability to assist with physical care tasks and follow medical/behavioral plans.Strong communication patience and teamwork skills.For more details contact at or Call / Text at .About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
