We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 1st shift (6:30 a.m.3:00 p.m.).We are currently hiring for one full-time CNA position on 1st shift.Schedule & HoursThis is a full-time 1st-shift position that follows a rotating two-week schedule meaning the same two weeks repeat continuously: Week 1: Work Monday through Friday Week 2: Work Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday (off on Thursday)After Week 2 finishes the schedule goes right back to Week 1 and continues in this rotation.This role works across two units and provides a consistent 6:30 a.m.3:00 p.m. schedule.About the RoleAs a CNA at Well-Spring you will play a vital role in protecting sustaining and nurturing our residents by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity comfort and independence. Youll work as part of a supportive collaborative team where your care truly makes a difference.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with personal care (bathing dressing grooming oral care etc.)Measure and record vital signs; promptly report any changesSupport residents with mobility positioning and safe transfersMaintain clean safe and comfortable living environmentsDocument care accurately and follow individualized care plansCommunicate respectfully with residents families and team membersFollow all infection control and safety proceduresQualificationsCurrent listing as a CNA in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel RegistryCompletion of an approved CNA training programExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCompassion patience and professionalism in all interactionsAbility to meet the physical requirements of the role (standing lifting mobility etc.)Why Well-SpringAt Well-Spring youll join a community built on respect teamwork and excellence.
