Certified Nursing Assistant - Rehab Center Full Time Nights at IntelyCare

Responsibilities

Your Role:

Under the direction of a RN or LPN, performs a variety of routine duties involving care of medically ill acute or subacute residents.

Performs direct resident care.

Observes and reports changes in the behavior and physical status of residents.

Provides a clean and safe environment.

Performs other related duties.

Note: Orientation requires your availability to complete Clinical Orientation on your first full week (Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm).

Reports To:

Registered Nurse (RN)/Nurse Manager [JC 031001], RN/Assistant Nurse Manager [JC 030303], or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [JC 041704].

Supervises:

None.

Qualifications

Required Education:

None.

Required Experience:

None.

Preferred Experience:

One (1) year of job-related experience preferred.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Note: BLS certification is required prior to performing patient care. Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) may provide the opportunity for BLS certification training on-site as part of clinical orientation (as needed).
