Role Description

This is a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position based on-site in Marion, IA. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. They will help ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents, while also monitoring their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include documenting health information, supporting nursing staff, and following care plans to meet individual resident needs.

Qualifications

• Basic patient care skills, including assisting with activities of daily living like grooming, bathing, and mobility
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care
• Basic documentation and reporting skills for maintaining accurate patient records
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively support other healthcare staff
• CNA certification required
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or care facility is preferred but not required
