We are currently looking for a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients in a supportive environment.Job Description: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Dahl Memorial Healthcare you will play a key role in assisting patients with their daily activities and ensuring their comfort safety and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care and contribute to improving the lives of our patients.Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and eating. Provide assistance with mobility and transfers including repositioning patients as needed. Monitor and record vital signs (temperature blood pressure pulse and respiration). Assist with patient hygiene and ensure a clean and safe environment. Report any changes in patients physical or mental condition to the nursing staff. Help with feeding hydration and medication reminders as directed. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations. Ensure patient comfort and emotional support fostering a positive environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Current CNA certification (or eligible for certification will pay for certification). Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Compassionate patient and detail-oriented with a focus on quality care. Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
