OverviewPRN COTA (Cetified Occupational Therapy Assistant) - Love where you work!Location: Greenville OH Brethren Retirement CommunityAre you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about helping older adults live safer more independent lives If so our Rehab Team in Greenville OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member to support patient-centered care at Brethren Retirement Community.As a PRN COTA you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans that restore function and improve quality of life. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team maintain productivity and documentation standards and play a vital role in helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes while serving as a trusted partner to the community you serve.ResponsibilitiesAs a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
