You will:Carry out individualized OT treatment plans developed by the Occupational TherapistProvide creative functional interventions that support mobility ADLs and quality of lifeCommunicate progress and observations to the OT to ensure optimal outcomesDocument treatment notes accurately and efficientlyCollaborate with a warm interdisciplinary team that values your voice and clinical insightStep in as needed to support weekday or weekend PRN coverageThis is a chance to make a real differenceevery shift every patient every interaction.Qualifications What You BringGraduate of an accredited COTA programValid Iowa COTA licenseFlexibility for PRN scheduling needsA heart for serving older adultsExperience in rehab long-term care or acute care is greatbut not requiredYour passion our support strong patient outcomes.
