Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Places You'll Go Therapy
JOB DESCRIPTION
PYG Therapy is looking for compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our pediatric home health team. We are seeking clinicians who are passionate about helping children develop independence and functional skills while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that home-based care offers.

Compensation & Opportunity
- Earn between $46-$75 per hour
- Compensation varies based on geographic area, experience, and employment classification

Position Responsibilities
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to pediatric patients in the home environment
- Carry out treatment plans and therapeutic activities established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Document treatment sessions, patient participation, and progress toward goals
- Support children in developing functional skills that promote independence and participation in daily activities
- Educate caregivers on home strategies and activities to reinforce therapeutic progress
- Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient performance, concerns, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Scheduling Flexibility

Available options include:
- W-2 employment opportunities
- 1099 independent contractor opportunities
- Custom schedules ranging from approximately 8-25 visits per week
- Service opportunities throughout Arizona

Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Active Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) license
- Current CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Preferred Experience
- Pediatric therapy experience
- Home health experience
