Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours/Week

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active COTA license in the state

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Occupational Therapists in delivering personalized treatment plans

• Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions

• Monitor and document patient progress

• Educate patients and families on treatment activities and care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
