We’re on a mission to radically serve our members, empower our team through career opportunities and to support our communities and others in need.Fit Factory is looking for a Personal Trainer with Part-time or Full-time availability in the afternoon/evening. An ideal candidate should have plenty experience working 1-on-1 with clients in a health club atmosphere.Requirements:ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform 30 and/or 60 minute Personal Training sessions with members using functional training as a base model for member exercise plans.Implement a comprehensive exercise plan for each client.Establish and maintain communication with clients to ensure client retention is high and client results are high.Must be available and maintain working during peak times (ex. Morning and Evening)Knowledge, skills & abilities:Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal TrainingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management skillsStrong knowledge and experience with functional trainingEXPERIENCE:6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferredCurrent Personal Training Certification or related degree(s)Minimum 1-2 recent work referencesCompensation:Competitive Hourly rate based on experience and skills
