We are growing and we need your help.Duties & Responsibilities- Deliver the Fitness Central experience to our members and clients in each session.- Adhere to Fitness Central personal training standards and procedures.- Continuously monitor the exercise/movement intensity of your client(s) throughout your training session(s).- Report to your session(s) a minimum of 15 minutes before session start to ensure everything is set up properly.- Begin and end each session on time.- Execute sessions on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum.- Communicate with the Director of Personal Training on member and client feedback, equipment and operation status as well as scheduling and subbing.- Ensure the equipment that was used is put away, sanitized and properly stored.Knowledge & Qualifications- Instructors must have a current personal training certification.-Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.- Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications for all populations.- Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
