We dont just offer workouts we offer our clients transformation.If youre a self-starter who wants to grow your income, your influence, and your career, this is your opportunity.Responsibilities:Deliver 1-on-1 or small-group in-home personal training sessionsCreate personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.Track client progress and adjust programming to support their goalsCommunicate proactively to ensure exceptional client retention and satisfactionProvide education on proper techniques, motivation, and accountability during every sessionConduct reassessments regularlyMaintain accurate schedules and notes in the GYMGUYZ systemParticipate in field marketing events or outreach as assignedAttend monthly team meetings and contribute to a culture of feedback and growthOther duties as assignedRequirements:Nationally accredited personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM)CPR/AED certificationDemonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutritionWillingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hoursTech-savvy (comfortable using apps and basic mobile scheduling tools)Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligenceAdaptable and open to giving and receiving feedbackAvailability to build toward a full-time client load over timeCompany Overview:GYMGUYZ is #1 in Home and On-Site Personal Training!
