Our client, a Companys health provider Centers for cost-efficient alternative to hospital-specialized treatments and medications is looking for pharmacy technicians to start ASAP in the North of Phoenix.Type of Hire: Temp to hireStart Date: ASAP Location: Onsite> Phoenix, AZ 85054Training & Post-Training Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday through FridayPay Range: $25-$26/hourResponsibilities:Processing prescriptions (handwritten and electronic) into the EMR and ensuring all data components are entered accurately and completelyVerifying the accuracy of previously entered prescriptions and ensuring all necessary labs and clinical documentation has been obtainedPartnering with physicians offices to obtain missing components of prescriptions/referralsPartner with the Intake team to assist in the submission of Prior Authorization requests from insuranceAnswer questions of physicians, pharma, and patients via phone callsRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDCertified Pharmacy Technician with the state of AZNational PTCB Certification1-3 years customer service exp in contact centerBoth Retail and Hospital/Specialty pharmacy expKnowledge of pharmacy processing and the data components of a prescriptionExperience providing customer service to internal and external customers.Basic PC Microsoft .
