In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for delivering on-site training to your location, ensuring every new hire is equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. If you love coaching, have an eye for detail, and are committed to maintaining high standards, we want to hear from you.Requirements:Service Tenure: Minimum of six (6) continuous months of employment at Nellis Auction.Employee Standing: Must be in good standing (no active PIPs or Finals on file)Deep Role Mastery: Possess demonstrated proficiency in the core technical skills, procedures, and systems for the roles they will train.Technical Versatility: Strong understanding of cross-departmental processes to provide comprehensive, contextual training.Communication: Exhibit superior verbal and written skills to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.Instructional Aptitude: Proven ability to organize content and use varied teaching methods (e.g., coaching, simulation) to ensure effective skill transfer and retention.Passion for Development: A visible commitment to knowledge sharing and mentoring, serving as a positive role model for best practices.Professionalism and Representation: Serve as a positive representative of Nellis Auction, consistently demonstrating professionalism and embodying the company’s core values in all interactions.Qualifications / Requirements:Proven experience in a training or coaching role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Deep knowledge of our store operations and SOPs.A passion for teaching and developing others.Strong AttendanceMust consistently meet or exceed established performance standards, including PPH (parts per hour) and gap time metrics.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and stoop for extended periods (10 to 12 hour shifts).Manual dexterity to operate setup tools and equipment.Must be physically able to work in varying environmental conditions (hot/cold).
