We are growing and we need your help.Duties & Responsibilities- Deliver the Fitness Central experience to our members in each class.- Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary.- Continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class.- Report to class a minimum of 15 minutes before class to ensure the room is clean and set up properly.- Begin and end each class on time.- Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum- Communicate with the Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment and operation status as well as scheduling and subbing.- Ensure the studio equipment is put away, sanitized and properly stored.Knowledge & Qualifications- Instructors must have a current nationally recognized 200 Yoga certification.- Have at least one year of teaching experience.- Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.- Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications for all populations.- Must have a strong speaking voice and be well-versed with cueing.- Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
