DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our organization based in Williamsburg, Virginia. This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable growth within a manufacturing and supply-chain environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial leadership, cost management, and international operations.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with global expansion and operational optimization goals.• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across production, logistics, sales, and operations.• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities while ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations and audit standards.• Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, working capital, and financial controls to ensure organizational stability.• Supervise plant finance operations, including cost accounting, yield analysis, inventory valuation, and variance reporting.• Provide financial insights into production costs, logistics expenses, vendor performance, and supply-chain investments.• Support strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), new market entry, and long-term growth planning.• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration with operations, sales, supply chain, and global leadership.• Enhance financial visibility and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.• Conduct financial modeling for new product lines, private-label programs, and national retail partnershipRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, within manufacturing or international supply-chain environments.• Expertise in cost accounting, production finance, and multi-site operations.• Proven ability to work within complex international corporate structures.• Strong skills in financial modeling, strategic planning, and analytical decision-making.• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.• Experience managing financial operations in manufacturing, CPG, or related industries.• Knowledge of U.S. tax standards and regulatory compliance requirements.Job typePerm
