They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy, business transformation and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance management, forecasting, restructuring alignment and Internal controls.Responsibilities include: Creating and presenting financial and tax planning recommendations to CEO, regulatory compliance and reporting; supporting the financial planning and analysis (FP& A) and forecasting; overseeing budgeting, cash management, working capital and liquidity management; leading strategy and phases of restructuring aligned with strong business plan goals; managing banking and lender relationships and reporting, covenant and debt monitoring; Audit coordination with external auditors; Preparing financial statements and reports; Enhancing process improvements and efficiencies; Ensuring legal compliance on all financial functions.
