CGI Project Manager at Cella

Location: San Bruno, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 53 per hourThe CGI team is looking for an experienced marketing and creative services Project Manager to manage asset production for the Home category. The successful candidate will have an amazing ability to forge and maintain relationships with cross-functional business partners; manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously; and a collaborative spirit and desire to deliver world-class service to business partners across the organization. This team needs a self-starter who relishes the opportunity to own the process and make a tangible impact within an amazing group. Responsibilities:Manage execution of multiple, concurrent CGI projects from intake, through creative development, feedback rounds, asset routing and approval, delivery and cataloging within DAM; holding self and project team accountable for project delivery.Clearly communicate expectations, milestones and action items throughout the project life cycle for all contributors within creative teams (CGI Team and Creative) and project requesters; monitoring progress versus plan; tracking resources, expenditures and budgets.Identify and articulate risks and concerns with management; think strategically about communication in order to negotiate project schedules, educate and manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve issues with solutions-oriented mindset.Keeps management informed by preparing performance reports, interpreting information, making recommendations, and providing informational presentations when needed.
