We specialize in addressing behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges, empowering youth to develop life skills and long-term resiliency.Position Summary:Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) provide direct care and supervision in a therapeutic group home setting. They implement behavior plans, ensure safety, and support youth through structured routines and intervention strategies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Transport residents safely to appointments, school, and activitiesPrepare and submit accurate daily progress notesInventory and purchase supplies as requested by supervisor; submit required documentation for expendituresAdminister specific medications and accurately document in medication logsProvide behavioral supervision, mentoring, and de-escalation when neededImplement treatment plans and daily programmingMaintain cleanliness, order, and safety of the residential environmentParticipate in staff meetings and ongoing trainingEducation and/or Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of experience in personal care, Relias training, childcare, or behavioral health-related fieldsExperience working with children with behavioral health needs preferred but not requiredRegistered Behavioral Health Technician (RBHT) certification preferred MCH will provide support to obtain credentialsQualification Requirements:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust test negative for tuberculosis (TB) prior to start dateMust be able to pass a background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public SafetyCPR & First Aid certificationPrevention & Support certification preferredMCH will pay for training and certification as neededWhat We Offer:Purpose-driven work environmentOpportunities for professional growthSupportive and collaborative team cultureHow to Apply:Submit your resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected].
