Youll directly support a group of customers and their reseller/broker partners with the ultimate goal of retaining our customers and helping them make the most of their ALEX platform. Youll own a book of business consisting of about 250 customers where youll be responsible for guiding them through the path to renewing their business with Jellyvision each year. This is a quota carrying role.What youll do to be successfulLead the charge on customer success and growth strategies for your book of customers which involves:Collaborating with reseller or broker partner and providing input on customer strategyIdentifying features prime for customer adoption and spearheading that effortQualifying intent with regard to annual renewalsCommunicating in lockstep with customers and partnersLeading certain milestone calls (e.g. license kickoff marketing support)Ad hoc administrative and sales supportSelling to accounts with growth opportunitiesRunning ALEX demos and pitches with consultative question askingGuiding customers through marketing strategies and analytics analysisCollaborating with the customers implementation/reseller/broker partner to strengthen the customer relationshipUncover opportunities with partners to refer new business to other sales teamRespond to ad-hoc customer questions regarding marketing initiatives analytics support and general inquiriesCreate and maintain a stellar organization system for yourself and your teamListen and analyze customer calls to share best practices across the broader teamReport to designated manager to strategize more effective and creative touchpointsUtilize Salesforce Outreach group inbox system (Front App) Office 365 G Suite Looker LinkedIn Sales Navigator with proficiencyWell measure success by retention rates upsells IDd meetings set/held net new prospects and Outreach task completions.Experience & skills youll need3 years of successful experience in B2B sales ideally within the insurance or insurtech space.Some nice-to-haves were on the lookout forExperience as a salesperson at a brokerage firm or insurance carrier.An understanding of the employee benefits landscape and current market trends.A background in business development SaaS or HR tech.The DetailsLocation: RemoteStarting Base Range: $80000 - $90000Additional Compensation: Commission eligibleWhat Jellyvision will give youCheck out our benefits here!Jellyvision is committed to continuous evolution and fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is welcomed valued and respected.
