About the Team We are looking for a Sr. Partner Manager (TPA) to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. In this role, you will work directly with partners in the data, measurement, media buying, and analytics ecosystems globally. Partner Managers will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, BD, legal, marketing science, partner enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love. The Channel Sales team at TikTok is dedicated to unlocking unprecedented growth via partnerships. This specific Partner Manager role is pivotal to our strategy, with a focus on both maintaining and expanding our relationships with key partners. As a Channel Sales Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in launching, enabling, and growing TikTok's most strategic Channel Partners across North America. You'll own relationships end-to-endfrom onboarding and go-to-market readiness through ongoing performance management and joint business planning. This role requires a mix of business development, operational discipline, and partner success management to help partners activate SMB advertisers efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and recruit high-potential Channel Partners across key SMB verticals and regions
  • Set initial partner strategy, define product roadmap requirements, and establish quarterly targets for new partners
  • Conduct strategic discovery and needs analysis to develop customized partnership proposals and pilot plans
  • Evaluate partner readiness across sales, technical, and operational capabilities to ensure strong program fit
  • Lead commercial negotiations on key terms, including revenue share, ad credits, and incentive structures
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations through contract execution and the initial onboarding handoff
  • Capture market trends and partner feedback to help improve program scalability, product and strategy

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Many years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales within digital advertising, martech, or SaaS
  • Proven success in full-cycle partnership development, from initial prospecting and pitching to contract execution
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting complex negotiations on revenue share, incentives, and marketing commitments
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional launches, scaling partner programs, and driving growth projects in dynamic tech environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms and SMB advertising models, preferably with experience from a major digital advertising platform or partner ecosystem (e.g., Google, Meta, Microsoft)
  • Familiarity with API-driven advertising platforms, attribution workflows, partner automation tools, and complex third-party integrations
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills for varied audiences.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to use data to measure impact and forecast growth.
  • Experience in an international or diverse team environment
