Seeking a versatile Project Manager to oversee both ground-up and interior projects. This role offers exposure to a wide range of project types in a growing market. Client Details A respected GC known for delivering complex projects across municipal, commercial, and healthcare sectors. With sustained growth and a strong backlog, the Charleston office offers stability along with the opportunity to take on diverse and challenging builds. Description Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage procurement of materials and resources for projects. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with construction safety and compliance standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Job Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from USD $115.000 to $150.000.
