Check-In Agent at US Physical Therapy

The Patient Check-In Agent plays a key role in providing a smooth and efficient check-in experience for patients across multiple clinic locations. This position is responsible for answering patient kiosk check-in calls by video assisting patients with the check-in process collecting payments for patient responsibilities and checking patients in across multiple systems while relaying any important information to the clinic they are checking in for. When not engaged with patient check-in calls the agent provides support with simple manageable administrative and office tasks as assigned.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills including the ability to clearly assist patients via video callsStrong customer-service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to navigate and manage multiple software systems simultaneouslyComfortable using video-based technology kiosks and standard office equipmentStrong attention to detail when relaying information between patients and clinic staffAbility to handle patient interactions with empathy patience and discretionReliable self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and clinic privacy standardsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic technical or patient-use issuesAdditional Information : At Memphis Physical Therapy our number one priority is the patient.
