Chemical Operator - 18/hr - 1st Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Blue Ash, OH, working in a cleanroom environment focused on polymer operations. This position offers the opportunity to engage in hands-on operations and contribute to the quality and efficiency of our production process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for operation and packaging.
• Use computers to log data accurately.
• Operate equipment on the production line as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure standards are met.
• Monitor equipment to maintain optimal function.
• Package final products efficiently.
• Move finished and packaged products to the staging area.

Essential Skills

• Experience in chemical handling, mixing, and production.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ability to operate a blender and work on a production line.
• Must have AT LEAST 6 months of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders in English.
• Must follow all safety procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to stand for the entire shift, bend, walk, and climb stairs.

Work Environment

The position is based in Blue Ash, OH, operating primarily on the FIRST SHIFT from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. The work involves a cleanroom setting where adherence to safety protocols is essential. Employees must be comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting, throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
