Cleveland State UniversityAssistant College Lecturer ChemistryJob Summary:The Department of Chemistry within the College of Arts and Sciences at Cleveland State University invites applications for a non-tenure track, full-time faculty position at the level of Assistant College Lecturer in Chemistry, beginning August 17, 2026.The faculty member hired is expected to teach chemistry courses, teach majors and non-majors courses that will best strengthen our Chemistry program, and participate in service.The Department of Chemistry offers B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences, a M.S. degree in Chemistry, and a Ph.D. degree in Clinical-Bioanalytical Chemistry, which is jointly administered with the Cleveland Clinic. The Ph.D. program in Clinical Chemistry is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Clinical Chemistry.CSU aspires to be a national leader in social and economic mobility.
