This leader ensures adherence to brand standards maintains a safe and efficient operation and guides a skilled team of maintenance professionals. The ideal candidate is proactive knowledgeable and dedicated to protecting the hotels assets while supporting an exceptional guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipEnsure all engineering operations comply with brand standards local codes and safety regulations.Maintain accurate logs reports and documentation.Maintenance & Facility ManagementOversee all building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical fire safety and life-safety systems.Conduct daily property inspections and respond promptly to all maintenance issues.Execute and manage a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program for guestrooms public areas back-of-house and equipment.Coordinate and supervise external vendors and contractors when needed.Budget & Asset ProtectionDevelop and manage departmental budgets including labor supplies and capital planning.Monitor and control expenses while ensuring proper upkeep of hotel assets.Recommend and support capital improvement projects.Guest Service & SafetyEnsure quick response to guest repair requests with minimal disruption.Promote a safe environment for guests and associates through strong knowledge of OSHA and safety standards.Participate in emergency response planning and execution.Qualifications35 years facilities management experienceStrong technical knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems.Experience with building management systems (BMS) fire-life safety and PM programs.Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure.Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions LLC is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants regardless of race religion sexual orientation national origin age disability veteran status or any other protected classesRequired Experience:Chief Key Skills Mold Remediation,Succession Planning,Employee Evaluation,Basic Math,Host/Hostess Experience,Restoration,Restoration Industry Experience,Water Damage Restoration,Emergency Management,Auto Restoration,Fire Restoration,Financial Report Interpretation Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Engineering Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 20 - 25
