JOB DESCRIPTION


The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Chief Medical Officer/Physician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA!



Position Highlights

  • :Work/Life Balance: flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 P
  • MFull-Time Role: 40 hours/week; anticipating 50% administrative time & 50% patient-facing time seeing on average 18-20 patients per day in a full patient care da
  • yFull supportive provider team includes: 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice provider
  • sFinancial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal program
  • sCompetitive Salary: starting around $300,000+ based on experience with additional quality & productivity incentive
